At Silvergate Technology, face to face consultation is an integral part of our system-design process. Working closely with you to establish your vision, we will make a technical survey of your home. This will allow us to advise you on the right choice of products to best meet your needs. Next comes the installation. With minimal fuss, our in-home audio/video experts will have your new technology up and running in no time, creating a reliable, easy to use system that will be entertaining you and your family for years to come.

To arrange an in-home consultation simply contact us by phone or via our online contact page. We will organise everything for a time and day that suits you. When we meet to discuss your requirements and carry out the site survey, we will also ask you a few specially prepared questions that will allow us to accurately determine the type of system that will best fit your needs. From there we will put together a comprehensive proposal and be ready to begin the installation at your convenience.


Video Installation

Silvergate Technology will connect all your video components (including DVD players, VCRs, Cable and Satellite Boxes) to any type of television in a way that will ensure the best picture quality (this includes minor programming of the remote controls). And before we leave you to your own devices we will make absolutely sure that all the components are communicating correctly with each other and performing to perfection; this includes programming and calibrating the system. Our installation services also include comprehensive, easy-to-understand, user training for all the family.


Flat Panel TV Installation

A service that we receive many requests for is Plasma TV Installation. During installation we will mount your plasma screen on the wall and connect all the video components. When feasible, the cables will be run through the wall directly behind the screen. If concealing the power cable isn't possible by running it through the wall, our technicians will - for a minimal additional charge - install an outlet behind the television. As with all our installation services, Plasma TV Installation includes the programming and calibration of your system for optimal performance, as well as comprehensive user training.
